Recover Payment Status for Existing Vendors

Vendors who paid but never landed on the confirmation page have their signup data saved — but their payment columns are blank. This tool scans every row with a Checkout Session ID, queries GoDaddy for the real payment status, and writes it back to the sheet. Safe to run multiple times — already-confirmed rows are skipped.

Historical Vendor Catchup Import

Writes a Google Sheets row and a Drive file for all 28 historical contacts from the GoDaddy Payments contacts export. Run once — safe to re-run (will add duplicate rows if run again, so only click once).

Backfill Existing Sheet Rows

Expands any existing 17-column rows in the Vendors sheet to the full 22-column layout. Rows already at 22 columns are skipped. Safe to run multiple times.

Export Vendor Signups

Downloads all rows from Vendors_Oct2026 as a CSV — all 27 columns including payment confirmation fields. Opens directly in Excel or Google Sheets.

Download Full Vendor Archive

Downloads every vendor row from the live Google Sheet as a plain-text file — all vendors, all columns, exactly as stored. One labeled block per vendor.

Download Checkout Orders from GoDaddy

Fetches every order directly from the GoDaddy Commerce API — customer name, email, phone, billing address, line items, totals, and payment status — exactly as captured at checkout. One labeled block per order.

Export from Google Drive (Source Files)

Reads every vendor order .txt file written to Google Drive at signup — the original source records. Use this to recover or verify data independently of the sheet.

Overwrite Sheet from Drive

Reads all Drive vendor-order-*.txt files and overwrites the Google Sheet with their contents. Use only to recover from a corrupted sheet.
