Registration Type

Spaces are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis by category.

Terms & Conditions

Spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis and will be assigned in the areas specified for each category. Examples: Food Trucks/Trailers/Booths, Antiques & Collectibles, New Retail Items, Handcrafted Items, Pets & Pet Services, Plants & Gardening, Farm-to-Table, Young Entrepreneurs, Garage Sale, etc.

Garage Sale — Standard Parking Spot

General

Booth and garage sale operators are welcome to reserve more than one space; standard fees apply.
Vendors (indoor and outdoor) and garage sale booths are responsible for providing their own tent, tables and chairs.
NO ALCOHOL or TOBACCO products may be sold or distributed on county property.
Should the event be cancelled due to rain or if a vendor chooses to cancel, refunds shall not be issued.
Electrical access for booths is limited and will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis.

Food Trucks and Trailers

Spaces for food trucks and trailers are subject to availability.
Food trucks are required to have generators.
Food booth workers are required to wear gloves and hats or hairnets at all times.

Set-Up and Break-Down

Indoor vendors are strongly encouraged to set up the evening of Friday, November 20.
Set-up shall take place between 7 and 9 a.m. on November 21 unless otherwise specified.
Vendor vehicles shall not enter to unload after 9 a.m. on November 21.
Vendor and garage sale operators shall move trailers to designated area and shall not be permitted to park in the vendor / garage sale areas.
Move-out and clean-up shall be completed by 6 p.m. on November 21st, and booth operators shall agree to leave the premises as they found it.
Garage sale operators shall not dispose of unsold items in dumpsters or in trash cans.
